Please do not send us your data
Never attach a survey export to an email to us. We do not want it, we are not set up to hold it, and the whole point of this tool is that nobody has to send it anywhere. If you are reporting a problem, describe the shape of the file instead: how many rows and columns, which platform exported it, what the header rows look like, and what the screener did or did not do. That is almost always enough. If it is not, we will ask you for a small file of made-up rows that reproduces it.
Something is wrong with the screener
Tell us what you dropped in, what you expected, and what happened. If a flag looks wrong, the most useful thing you can send is the evidence sentence the tool printed — it names the rule, the row and the numbers, and that is usually enough to find the problem without seeing anything of yours.
Subscriptions, invoices and refunds
Write to us and we will sort it out, or go straight to Creem using the link in the receipt they emailed you — they can cancel, reissue an invoice and refund. Our refund policy says what we will agree to.
Lost your licence key
Your key is in the receipt Creem emailed you when you subscribed. If you cannot find it, write from the address you paid with and we will send it back to you.
Privacy and security
Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests go to the same address; the privacy page covers what we hold, which is very little. If you have found a security problem, write with the details and please give us a chance to fix it before publishing.
Press, partnerships and sales calls
The first two are welcome at the same address. The third does not exist: there is no demo to book and no pilot to scope. Everything the product does is on the front page, free, without an account.
