Refund policy

Short version: ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back, no explanation needed. If a renewal caught you out, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we refund that too.

Why the policy is this simple

The free tier screens the first 300 respondents of a file with every rule, all the evidence and the complete export. You can find out whether this tool does what you need before paying anything. A subscription lifts the row limit and changes nothing else — so if it turns out not to be worth €9 per month to you, there is no argument to have about it.

First payment: 14 days, in full

Write to estoniascape@gmail.com from the address you paid with, within 14 days of your first charge, and we refund it in full. You do not have to say why, and we will not try to talk you out of it. Your licence stops working when the refund is issued.

A renewal you did not want

Subscriptions renew monthly. If you meant to cancel and did not, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we refund that month, provided you have not screened files above the free limit during it. We take your word for that.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time using the link in the receipt Creem emails you, or by asking us to do it. Cancelling stops the next charge; the row limit comes back at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month you have used, beyond the two cases above.

How the money comes back

Creem is the merchant of record and processes the refund to your original payment method. We approve it the same working day we read your email; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, and is usually five to ten working days. You can also raise a refund request directly with Creem through the receipt.

If something is broken

If the tool is not doing what this site says it does, we would rather hear about that than process a refund quietly — write and tell us what happened, and include the shape of the file (how many rows, which export format) but never the file itself. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back regardless of how long ago you paid.

Your statutory rights

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, and this policy is offered in addition to it rather than instead of it. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.
